What about privacy?
We offer our assurance that we endeavour to protect your privacy and will only use information you provide to process your orders and to offer more of a personalised service. From time to time, we may also inform you of changes to our services and to let you know of any special offers or recent releases that we think may interest you. We certainly do not trade, rent or sell on any of your details.

Do you accept international orders?
We currently only offer a service to the UK but would consider shipping to other countries for special circumstances. Please feel free to make such a request to and we will try to accommodate you but please remember this is a limited service and we offer no guarentees.

How do I keep track of my order?
1. When you place an order, you will receive confirmation of that order.
2. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
3. In the case of a special delivery using a courier, we will inform you and you may track the courier's progress through their tracking facilities. In the case of shipping via Royal Mail, we regret they do not offer a tracking service.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All deliveries are charged 3.95 unless otherwise stated.

What is your returns policy?
We strive to ensure our customers are happy customers. To this end, if you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you can return the product to us and will receive a full refund for the price of the product. (Please note, this does not include any postage and package costs). Please send to:-

If the product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the price of the product.  Please contact customer services to make arrangements.

We are happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is due to our error. We will accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in the condition they were originally. A full refund will be issued for the price of the product if the goods are returned as detailed, within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
